Everyone’s skin is unique and the time it takes to see results will vary. Generally, it takes 6-12 weeks to see a significant difference, though you may feel improvements to your skin almost immediately and should start to see lasting improvements in as little as two weeks.

It depends on how much of the products you’re using and how often, but generally speaking each product provides about two and a half to three months of twice daily use.

Cocktail Essence will remain stable for up to one year. Crystal Serum will remain stable for up to two years if properly stored. If you added essential oils to your serum, they will lose potency in six months or so but the serum will still be viable for use. The Botanical Oil is best used within six months of purchase.

Room temperature is generally fine, but not above 80 degrees F. and always out of direct light. You should take care to tighten the lid on your Crystal Serum in order to protect the contents from moisture. The Botanical Oils are our most fragile formulation and we recommend that they be stored out of direct light in a cool, dark place.

Crystal Serum should never be refrigerated as condensation will cause the powder to activate and clump. Cocktail Essence may be stored under refrigeration and used cold. Botanicals Oils may be stored in a wine cooler if kept above 50 F., any colder and the oil may thicken or become cloudy. These changes are usually temporary and don't affect the quality of the oils. When returned to room temperature, they typically (but not always!) return to their normal liquid state without any loss of properties.
